Staging your farm for sale works very much like staging a house for sale. How do you think a buyer of a house would react to a horder's house that you can't even hardly see the inside of it because of all the junk? What if the porch is badly in need of painting?
Are some of those outbuildings an asset or a liability? Did you really think that junk car in the back yard was a yard ornament? At today's steel prices, perhaps scraping those items would give you some CASH MONEY to make other improvements to get the place SOLD.
