Written By Donna Joerling (Owner and Broker). Created on 06/18/2014.

It doesn't take an Einstein to figure out what you really WANT and NEED in real estate.  Sometimes though we need to FOCUS on those items and make ourselves a list.  I have done a list for you to begin the narrowing down process of finding the right piece of real estate.

When you begin the search for real estate see if any of the items below fit your criteria and let's see how together we can put the perfect real estate SHOPPING LIST together for you.   Everything in most real estate Multiple Listing Services MLS is based on two PRIMARY items, the price range you are able to afford as well as the location of school districts itself.  Even for buyers that do not have nor anticipate having children, the school district is still one of the keys for resale value as well, so don't lose site of that when you are purchasing.

There is a BIG DIFFERENCE between a WANT and a NEED in real estate just like there is in real life everyday.  Take a look below and see which ones are W=WANT vs. N=NEED
